Building community

            shaping your future

Develop your professional skills

The DreamSF Fellowship is a paid opportunity to gain professional experience in direct services, advocacy and outreach, and immigrant rights work.

In addition to the immigrant-serving experience at their host organizations, fellows gain hands-on experience in variety of topics such as financial empowerment, networking, self-care, and more during weekly professional enrichment seminars.

Grow your network

DreamSF Fellows are connected to an ever-growing network of mentors. These mentorship opportunities help guide fellows on their professional journeys.

Fellows also work directly with immigrant communities and social justice movements in the Bay Area.

Get involved

DreamSF Fellows are connected to leadership, volunteer and community engagement opportunities both during and after the fellowship.
